Knowledge Terminus 0.5 will be inaugurated today

The fifth edition of Knowledge Terminus, Goa’s knowledge festival, will be inaugurated at Parikrama Knowledge Terminus Zero Point Five on Saturday, January 28 in the presence of Social Welfare Minister Subhash Pal Desai. Arjuna awardee Bhakti Kulkarni, Minister of Arts and Culture Govind Gawde, President of Parikrama Knowledge Terminus Yugank Nayak, Sarpanch of Keri Village will have a special presence at this event.

In the opening ceremony, on behalf of the institute, Prof. Parikrama Fellowship to Prakash Vajrikar and Subhash Jan, and Dr. Rama Murkunde. Madhavi Sardesai will be felicitated with the Young Teacher Award.

About 3000 youth from around 30 educational and non-academic institutions across the state are participating in the Knowledge Terminus, which was organized on January 28 and 29. It mainly includes education arts and sports activities and this program is organized with the help of the Department of Arts and Culture and the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs of the Government of Goa. Urvashi Naik, Chief Secretary of Parikrama 0.5 has appealed to all Koikars to take advantage of this initiative.
